Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Jason Coleman Music. We strive to make sure that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to return or exchange a product, this policy will guide you through our process.
Here, you'll find details on how to return or exchange items, including specific guidelines for different products. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer service team is here to help.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased from the Jason Coleman Music Store. If you wish to return an item for any reason, you may ship back the unwanted item(s) for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, item(s) must meet the criteria below and must be postmarked for return within 30 days of original purchase. The shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Not all items are available for return. Please see below for more detailed information regarding return eligibility and for instructions for initiating returns.
Return Eligibility:
- CDs: CDs are eligible for refund if unopened from their packaging and in their original condition.
- USB Music Sticks: USB Music Sticks are not eligible for refund but can be exchanged for their corresponding CD collections. See Exchanges below.
- EasyPlay Music Box Speakers: EasyPlay Music Box speakers are eligible for refund if unopened from their packaging and in their original condition, with all included accessories and cables.
- Sheet Music Songbooks: Sheet music songbooks are not eligible for refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with a product, ordered an item by mistake, or have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return opened item(s) for exchange. To be eligible for exchange, item(s) must meet the criteria below and must be postmarked for return within 30 days of original purchase. Returns for exchange must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Not all items are available for exchange. Please see below for more detailed information regarding exchange eligibility and for instructions for initiating exchanges.
Exchange Eligibility:
CDs: CDs are eligible for exchange as long as they are in their original condition. If you wish to exchange your CD(s) for any reason, you can return your CD(s) for store credit in order to make a new selection.

The store credit amount will be equal to the amount of the original purchase of the returned CD(s).
USB Music Sticks: USB Music Sticks are only eligible to exchange for their corresponding CD collections. (For example, the Peaceful Piano 6-Album USB Music Stick may only be exchanged for the equivalent 6 CDs in the Peaceful Piano CD Collection.) USB Music Sticks must be in their original condition.

Sheet Music Songbooks: Sheet music songbooks are not available for refund or exchange.
Warranty
At Jason Coleman Music, we aim to ensure every product we offer meets and surpasses your expectations with top-notch quality. However, technical or manufacturing issues can occasionally arise.
CDs, USB Music Sticks, Songbooks
If your CD, USB Music Stick, or Sheet Music songbook has a defect or begins to malfunction within one (1) year from purchase, Jason Coleman Music will replace the defective item at no charge.
This warranty does NOT cover cosmetic damage or damage resulting from acts of nature, accidents, misuse, excessive wear and tear, alterations, commercial use, modifications, improper operation or maintenance, connection to incorrect voltage, use outside the purchased region, or damage caused by power surges. This warranty terminates if the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers this product.

EasyPlay Music Box Speakers
Before concluding that your product is malfunctioning, please refer to your user manual and check our troubleshooting tips for guidance on proper usage. If you have questions beyond what’s covered in these resources, our customer service team is available to help.
Jason Coleman Music guarantees to the original retail purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Except as limited below, if the product proves defective in either material or workmanship within one (1) year from the date of purchase, Jason Coleman Music will replace the product at no charge. If the product model is no longer available and cannot be replaced with an identical model, Jason Coleman Music will replace with a comparable model or issue store credit for the purchase price to be redeemed at the Jason Coleman Music Store.
This warranty does NOT cover cosmetic damage or damage resulting from acts of nature, accidents, misuse, excessive wear and tear, alterations, commercial use, modifications, improper operation or maintenance, connection to incorrect voltage, use outside the purchased region, or damage caused by power surges. This warranty does NOT cover the natural decrease in battery life of the product, which occurs over time with normal use. This warranty terminates if the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers this product.
Please note that this warranty period does not extend if we provide a replacement product.
